Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to assist you.

RETURNS

Item(s) purchased from www.cavaliers.foundation must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached, within 14 days of receiving the shipment, in order to receive a refund. To return an item(s) for a refund just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a short note of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we can not refund the original shipping charge with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.

Returns should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package to the following address:

EXCHANGES

We do not exchange product.  However, if you purchased an item from www.cavaliers.foundation and would like a different colour, size or style, please place a new order.  A refund will then be issued for the original item(s) within 1-2 business days of receipt.
